For Zespri Singapore’s year-end retail initiative, DTC World delivered custom promotional merchandise designed to support a Christmas in-store gift-with-purchase campaign while remaining practical for high-volume supermarket environments. The requirement went beyond a standard seasonal premium — the merchandise needed to feel festive and collectible, align with existing brand characters, and be produced reliably within a fixed campaign window.
DTC World developed a custom Christmas plush series with purpose-built blind box packaging, engineered for retail distribution. From design adaptation and material selection to packaging and production readiness, the focus was on delivering tangible merchandise that extended the brand experience beyond the point of purchase, while maintaining consistency, quality and operational efficiency.

DTC World produced a four-design custom plush collection featuring Zespri’s Kiwi Brothers characters, developed specifically for the Christmas promotion period.
Each plush keychain was designed for promotional use, combining festive appeal with everyday usability to encourage longer-term brand visibility.
