What We Delivered
As part of the Isetan KLCC Grand Reopening campaign, a collectible series of floral-inspired bag charms was introduced as a premium retail redemption experience for shoppers.
Released progressively across multiple promotion phases from August to September 2025, the collection featured four limited-edition tartan checked floral bag charm designs, each launched during different redemption periods throughout the campaign journey.
Customers could redeem the bag charms with a minimum spend storewide, creating an ongoing merchandise collection experience centred around anticipation, collectability and repeat store participation.
Fashion-Inspired Redemption Merchandise Designed for Collectability
The collectible series was developed with a fashion accessory approach, allowing the bag charms to function naturally as everyday lifestyle add-ons.
Designed for handbag attachment and daily accessory usage, the charms extended the campaign presence into customers’ everyday lifestyles long after redemption.
The premium gift box packaging further supported the overall upscale retail experience associated with the reopening campaign.
Released as part of a multi-phase collectible journey, some designs were fully redeemed before the next collection was launched, reflecting strong shopper interest in the limited-edition collection.
