What We Delivered
LiHO TEA anchored its May 2026 retail calendar around a Winnie the Pooh collection “Hunny-Licious Tea Party” — a honey-themed run of seasonal drinks paired with collectible merchandise, available across LiHO outlets islandwide. The IP merchandise was offered on a purchase-with-purchase basis, with new designs of limited-edition Pooh collectibles released in phases through the month.
DTC World’s role was to turn LiHO’s creative direction into finished, retail-ready product. We adapted the campaign visuals into artwork that met Disney’s licensor requirements, coordinated the approval process with Disney, and produced the plush keychains and the Hunny-Licious ceramic mug for the islandwide rollout.
The IP merchandise created
For this merchandise collection, DTC World produced the collectible plush keychains — Pineapple Pooh and Osmanthus Pooh — and the Hunny-Licious ceramic mug.
We translated the licensed character artwork into retail-ready merchandise, with careful adaptation across materials, construction and manufacturing processes. Every detail was required to align with Disney’s approval requirements while remaining practical for large-scale production.
Partnering With DTC World
Licensed merchandise projects involve more than manufacturing. Before a product reaches the shelf, artwork often needs to be adapted to meet licensor requirements, approvals must be coordinated across multiple stakeholders, and production quality has to remain consistent with the standards expected of globally recognised character brands.
DTC World supports brands, agencies and retailers across APAC as an IP merchandise execution partner, helping bridge the gap between approved creative concepts and finished retail merchandise. Our role spans from artwork design, licensor-approval coordination, production, quality control and fulfilment — ensuring licensed products are delivered accurately, efficiently and ready for market.
