For a partner appreciation event in Singapore, Nippon Paint wanted to create a giveaway that would feel more engaging and memorable than a standard event gift.
DTC World developed the Sumo Squad as a series of custom plush blind box characters, transforming the existing mascot direction into a more structured collectible merchandise concept.
