What We Delivered - Branded Merchandise Designed for Global Rollout

For the Midea × Manchester City partnership, DTC World supported the development and rollout of a global merchandise programme across more than 30 markets.

With licensed assets and brand direction provided, the focus was on translating these into campaign-ready merchandise that could be produced consistently and distributed across multiple regions.

To support distribution across more than 30 countries, DTC World implemented a centralised e-merchandise portal.

This allowed regional teams and distributors to:

  • place orders directly
  • manage quantities based on local needs

  • global logistics and delivery

This structure simplifies coordination while maintaining consistency across markets.

Global Rollout & Brand Consistency

The merchandise programme was deployed across markets including:
China, UAE, Poland, Hungary, Algeria, Taiwan, Tanzania, Mauritius, Zambia, United Kingdom and more.

By centralising production and fulfilment:
