For the Midea × Manchester City partnership, DTC World supported the development and rollout of a global merchandise programme across more than 30 markets.

With licensed assets and brand direction provided, the focus was on translating these into campaign-ready merchandise that could be produced consistently and distributed across multiple regions.

To support distribution across 30+ countries, DTC World built a centralised e-merchandise portal for Midea’s global teams.

The merchandise programme was deployed across markets including:
