What We Delivered - Engaging Character Merchandise Built for Collectability
Kenangan Coffee launched Capybara-led campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia to drive in-store engagement. The blind box campaigns were designed to create collectability, turning everyday coffee purchases into interactive moments through character-led merchandise.
DTC World was engaged to develop and deliver custom promotional merchandise that could be deployed consistently across both markets.

Custom Capybara cup sleeves were developed as the primary promotional touchpoint for the Capybara campaigns in Malaysia and Singapore. The sleeves featured character-led designs aligned with Kenangan Coffee’s campaign visuals and social content direction.
