What We Delivered - Bringing the Kiyo Character to Life for Outreach
Pokka introduced its refreshed Kiyo Kyoho Grape Juice Drink in a new 250ml pack size, developed for young children and families looking for a healthier, lower-sugar option. To support the launch, DTC World was engaged to translate the Kiyo mascot into a tangible experience — one that would feel joyful, child-friendly, and aligned with the product’s refreshed positioning. Beyond designing merchandise, the brief required reliable production and structural packaging development of PR kits for distribution.

This project was shaped closely with the Pokka team, who had a clear vision for bringing the Kiyo character to life in a way that felt warm, playful, and true to the brand. Working alongside them, DTC World developed the custom large plush and designed the house-shaped box, ensuring every detail—from colours to structure—matched the character’s identity and campaign direction.
